LISHMA – A COMMUNITY LEARNING PROGRAM:

Lishma is a serious adult learning program of chevruta study and shiurim in Gemara with supplementary classes in Tanakh and Contemporary Jewish Law and Thought.

LISHMA will be held Tuesday and Thursday mornings, 9:00am-12:00pm, in the YCT Beit Midrash (second floor of the Hebrew Institute of Riverdale).

Sessions will be led by Rabbi Nati Helfgot, with classes by Rabbi Dov Linzer and Rabbi Steven Exler. 

Program begins on Tuesday, Sept 13, and is open to both men and women. There is no charge but pre-registration and commitment to regular participation is required.
