YCT musmakhim Jon Leener and Avram Mlotek impact hundreds of millennials in their respective Base Hillels in the NYC neighborhoods of Chelsea and Williamsburg. Their work is well described in this JTA article:

In a recent eJewishphilanthrophy article, YCT musmakh Amitai Fraiman, proposes a “reverse Birthright” program, to address the growing chasm between Israel and North American Jewry.
