Eliezer Lawrence is a passionate linguist, soulful singer, and practicing Mohel who uses his various platforms to connect with Jews from across the denominational spectrum. Originally from Teaneck, New Jersey, Eliezer is an alumnus of Yeshivat Ma’ale Gilboa and the Hadar institute. He holds an MA in Bible and semitic languages from the Kekst graduate school at JTS, a graduate certificate in Israel education from the Davidson School of Jewish Education and BAs in Rabbinic Literature, Yiddish Language, and Linguistics from the Columbia University/List College joint program. Eliezer is on the Judaic studies faculty at the Leffell School, an independent Jewish day school in Westchester and is pursuing an additional graduate degree in Hebrew Language Education at The Middlebury Language Schools.
